La rencontre a permis d’aborder plusieurs revendications prioritaires de la jeune avocature, notamment : l’augmentation de la prime de mission et de la bourse des étudiants de l’Institut supérieur de la profession d’avocat, la révision de la prime de présence auprès du juge d’instruction, ainsi que la création d’un nouveau siège pour l’Institut, jugée demande essentielle.
La ministre s’est montrée réceptive à ces propositions, assurant que le ministère étudierait leur mise en œuvre. Concernant le nouveau siège de l’Institut, elle a précisé que le projet était déjà engagé et inscrit au budget du ministère pour 2027.
