Le ministre des Technologies de la communication, Sofiane Hemissi, a été invité à participer au Forum sur le développement de la Route de la soie numérique, organisé dans le cadre de la Conférence mondiale sur Internet 2026, où il a prononcé une allocution.
L’événement s’est tenu les 21 et 22 juillet à Xi’an, ville considérée comme le point de départ de l’ancienne « Route de la soie » et située dans la province du Shaanxi, au nord-ouest de la Chine. Placé sous le signe de la connectivité numérique intelligente et de la coopération transfrontalière, le forum a réuni environ 800 participants venus de plus de 50 pays et régions, ainsi que sept organisations internationales.
Organisé sous le thème « Mobiliser l’intelligence sur la Route de la soie, vers un avenir numérique — construire ensemble une communauté d’avenir partagé dans le cyberespace », l’événement visait à débattre des stratégies d’innovation dans le domaine des technologies numériques et intelligentes, ainsi qu’à rassembler les réflexions et à dégager un consensus autour du développement de cette « Route de la soie numérique ».
