L\u2019\u00e9tablissement, propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du CTKD (Consortium tuniso-kowe\u00eftien de d\u00e9veloppement) vient d\u2019\u00eatre vendu.<br \/>\nLe nouvel acqu\u00e9reur n\u2019est autre que l\u2019homme d\u2019affaires\u00a0Abdelaziz Sassi, qui op\u00e8re entre autres dans le tourisme \u00e0 travers la cha\u00eene des h\u00f4tels Concorde (Berges du Lac et Paris\u00a0\u00e0 Tunis, Marco Polo \u00e0 Yasmine Hammamet et Green Park \u00e0 Sousse).<br \/>\nSuite \u00e0 la transaction, l\u2019h\u00f4tel devrait donc changer de nom et passer de Golden Tulip Sfax \u00e0 Concorde Sfax.<br \/>\nCette cession s\u2019inscrit dans la nouvelle vague de d\u00e9sengagement du CTKD de divers secteurs o\u00f9 il avait historiquement investi et notamment dans l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie avec encore r\u00e9cemment la vente de l\u2019un de ses fleurons, le\u00a0Mechtel\u00a0\u00e0 Tunis.<br \/>\nLe CTKD, dont la majorit\u00e9 des h\u00f4tels ont port\u00e9 l\u2019enseigne Abou Nawas, conserve cependant encore un \u00e9tablissement \u00e0 Gammarth exploit\u00e9 sous le Brand M\u00f6venpick qu\u2019il compte pour l\u2019instant pr\u00e9server.
