Pour aider les je\u00fbneurs \u00e0 mieux observer leur je\u00fbne, le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 a publi\u00e9, mercredi 16 mai 2016, une s\u00e9rie de recommandations pour l&rsquo;alimentation durant les 29\/30 jours du Ramadan.<br \/>\nLe d\u00e9partement conseille, tout d&rsquo;abord, de boire de l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 volont\u00e9 afin de compenser les pertes de la journ\u00e9e, que ce soit durant la rupture du je\u00fbne, la soir\u00e9e ou le <em>S&rsquo;hour<\/em>. Ce dernier, doit \u00eatre retard\u00e9 au maximum avant l&rsquo;appel \u00e0 la pri\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Aube, tout en \u00e9vitant les aliments trop gras, trop sucr\u00e9s et trop sal\u00e9s. Ce repas doit \u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et riche en prot\u00e9ines et en glucides (sucres lents que l&rsquo;on trouve dans les p\u00e2tes notamment), ce qui permettra \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisme de faire des \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie\u00a0\u00bb pour la journ\u00e9e, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les sensation de fatigue et de faim. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il faut privil\u00e9gier les fruits et l\u00e9gumes, le lait et ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9es. Il est conseill\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9viter le th\u00e9 et le caf\u00e9 durant la soir\u00e9e. Pendant la journ\u00e9e, il faut \u00e9viter de s&rsquo;exposer aux rayons du Soleil, sans oublier la pratique d&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 sportive durant la soir\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, peut-on lire dans le communiqu\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9.<br \/>\nLes personnes atteintes de diab\u00e8te et de HTA (hypertension art\u00e9rielle) doivent, selon le d\u00e9partement, effectuer des contr\u00f4les quotidiens du taux glyc\u00e9mie et de la tension. Pour les diab\u00e9tiques, si le taux d\u00e9passe les 0.70 grammes dans le sang, l&rsquo;obligation de d\u00e9jeuner s&rsquo;impose.
