Le chef du gouvernement Youssef Chahed a adress\u00e9 une correspondance officielle\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019Instance V\u00e9rit\u00e9 et Dignit\u00e9 (IVD), selon laquelle, il lui demande de mettre fin \u00e0 ses travaux, remettre\u00a0ses archives aux archives nationales, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 68 de la loi sur la justice transitionnelle et mettre un terme \u00e0 la mission des fonctionnaires d\u00e9tach\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s d\u2019elle, avant la fin du mois de mai en cours.
\nL’Instance est appel\u00e9e \u00e0 appliquer tout cela\u00a0conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 68 de la loi sur la justice transitionnelle et \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision prise par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e des repr\u00e9sentants du peuple de ne pas donner suite \u00e0 la demande de prorogation du mandat de l\u2019IVD,\u00a0lors de la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re du 26 mars dernier.
\nNotons que Ben Sedrine a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 en mars dernier que l’IVD allait continuer sa mission\u00a0en d\u00e9pit du vote de l\u2019ARP, stipulant l\u2019arr\u00eat de ses activit\u00e9s, pr\u00e9tendant que la prolongation du mandat de l\u2019IVD est parmi ses propres pr\u00e9rogatives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
