Dans un communiqu\u00e9 rendu public, le bureau ex\u00e9cutif de l’association tunisienne des magistrats a annonc\u00e9 que le tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Gab\u00e8s, verra demain mardi 29 mai 2018 la tenue de la toute premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance des chambres criminelles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans la justice transitionnelle et les graves atteintes aux droits de l’homme, et ce, dans le cadre de l’affaire de la disparition forc\u00e9e de Kamel Matmati.
\nLe m\u00eame communiqu\u00e9 a ajout\u00e9 que cette affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9e au tribunal par l’instance v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et dignit\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi fondamentale num\u00e9ro 53 au titre de l’ann\u00e9e 2013 datant du 24 d\u00e9cembre 2013 li\u00e9e \u00e0 la mise en place de la justice transitionnelle. Le bureau ex\u00e9cutif de l’association des magistrats a exprim\u00e9 son espoir de voir le proc\u00e8s se d\u00e9rouler dans les meilleures conditions consid\u00e9rant que ceci consacrera les principes de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de la justice et rompra avec l’impunit\u00e9. Selon le m\u00eame communiqu\u00e9, il s’agit d’un \u00e9v\u00e9nement historique et national.
\nRappelons que l’islamiste Kamel Matmati, est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 sous la torture en 1991. Son affaire est la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9e par l’IVD \u00e0 la Justice dans l’objectif de sanctionner ses bourreaux.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
