{"id":120914,"date":"2018-07-06T12:42:19","date_gmt":"2018-07-06T11:42:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.realites.com.tn\/?p=120914"},"modified":"2018-07-06T12:42:19","modified_gmt":"2018-07-06T11:42:19","slug":"signature-dune-convention-entre-luniversite-centrale-et-jumia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/signature-dune-convention-entre-luniversite-centrale-et-jumia\/","title":{"rendered":"Signature d\u2019une convention entre l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Centrale et Jumia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le groupe Universit\u00e9 Centrale, premi\u00e8re universit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e en Tunisie, a sign\u00e9 le 05 juillet 2018, dans son si\u00e8ge au lac 1, une convention avec Jumia, le site de commerce \u00e9lectronique fond\u00e9 au Nig\u00e9ria en 2012 et pr\u00e9sent dans une vingtaine de pays africains dont la Tunisie.<br \/>\nCe partenariat vise une meilleure connaissance des activit\u00e9s des deux signataires de la convention dans l\u2019objectif de r\u00e9aliser un enrichissement mutuel dans les domaines vis\u00e9s par cet accord.<br \/>\nDe ce fait, des actions \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019instar du projet de positionner l\u2019UCG et JUMIA en tant qu\u2019acteurs socio-\u00e9conomiques majeurs dans le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique du pays en aidant \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre le principal souci de tout le monde \u00e0 savoir, l\u2019employabilit\u00e9.<br \/>\nHoubeb Ajmi, la directrice de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Centrale a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 ce propos: \u00ab<em>l\u2019objectif de l\u2019action est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les qualifications des jeunes tunisiens et de leur offrir des opportunit\u00e9s de travail. JUMIA est un leader, appel\u00e9 \u00e0 croitre et \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper. Ses responsables ont eu besoin de ressources par le pass\u00e9 que nous leur avons fourni de nos dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s. Ils \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s satisfaits et ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre les recruteurs exclusifs des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de l\u2019UCG<\/em> \u00bb.<br \/>\nDe son c\u00f4t\u00e9, JUMIA s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 faciliter, aux apprenants\/\u00e9tudiants et dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de l\u2019UCG, l\u2019ouverture sur les entreprises, \u00e0 travers son r\u00e9seau dans le but de favoriser leur professionnalisation et leur employabilit\u00e9.<br \/>\nElyes Jerbi, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de JUMIA a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 un triple objectif \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 travers ce partenariat avec l\u2019UCG: \u00abNous avons un besoin de recrutement des meilleures comp\u00e9tences, a-t \u2019il dit, et avons trouv\u00e9 notre bonheur \u00e0 l\u2019UCG. Nous avons, tout autant besoin, de formations professionnelles pour les employ\u00e9s de JUMIA et l\u2019UCG est le bon cadre pour se faire.
