\nSelon des sources m\u00e9diatiques, le chanteur libanais et son fr\u00e8re Fady Chamandar ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9s de formation de groupes arm\u00e9s terroristes, et de diffamation visant le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, le pr\u00e9sident du parlement libanais, Nabih Berry et de diffusion d’id\u00e9es r\u00e9gionalistes et communautaristes \u00e0 travers la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision.
\nIl est \u00e0 noter que le journal \u00e9gyptien Al Dostour a publi\u00e9 les documents prouvant l’innocence du chanteur sunnite controvers\u00e9, fournis par le manager de Fadhl Chaker, Hussein Khriss qui a affirm\u00e9 que les accusations qui pesaient sur le chanteur s’inscrivent dans une campagne de d\u00e9nigrement le visant depuis qu’il a annonc\u00e9 sa rupture d\u00e9finitive du groupe de combat contre l\u2019arm\u00e9e syrienne.
\nSelon le site Ad-doustour, faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux m\u00eames sources que le comit\u00e9 judiciaire avait \u00e9mis, jeudi 12 juillet 2018, une d\u00e9cision interdisant le jugement du chanteur et de son fr\u00e8re pour la plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e \u00e0 leur encontre par Samih Ezzine, pr\u00e9sident de la commune de Sayda.
