D’apr\u00e8s le membre du conseil municipal de Carthage, Zied El H\u00e9ni, la premi\u00e8re pierre du projet sera pos\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin du mois de novembre 2018. \u00ab\u00a0Cela co\u00efncidera avec la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration des 2200 ans de la disparition de Hannibal. Il s’agit \u00e9galement des date de la premi\u00e8re bataille remport\u00e9e et de la travers\u00e9e des Alpes par le personnage historique\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 R\u00e9alit\u00e9s Online ce lundi 8 octobre 2018.<\/p>\n

L’inauguration officielle, pour sa part, aura lieu en avril 2019, \u00e0 l’occasion de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du 40\u00e8me anniversaire de l’entr\u00e9e de Carthage dans le patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. \u00ab\u00a0Nous voulons en faire un \u00e9v\u00e9nement international. L’inauguration doit \u00eatre faite par le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, en pr\u00e9sence d’autres chefs d’Etat et de gouvernement\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a confi\u00e9 Zied El H\u00e9ni.<\/p>\n

Un projet au co\u00fbt d\u00e9risoire
\n<\/strong>Le projet du m\u00e9morial, poursuit-il, a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 lors de la r\u00e9union du conseil municipal du 6 octobre 2018. La commission culturelle de la ville a accompli un grand travail pour que le projet puisse voir le jour. Le financement, selon Zied El Heni, ne co\u00fbtera rien \u00e0 la municipalit\u00e9.
\nDe fait, c’est la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique qui va s’en charger. \u00ab\u00a0Elle [l’institution] a r\u00e9agi positivement \u00e0 notre demande. D’ailleurs, une commission sp\u00e9ciale a \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9e, compos\u00e9e de la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique, du minist\u00e8re des Affaires Etrang\u00e8res, du minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense, du minist\u00e8re du Tourisme, de la municipalit\u00e9 de Carthage et du minist\u00e8re de la Culture. Le Club Hannibal a \u00e9galement \u0153uvr\u00e9\u00a0avec nous, sachant qu’il figure parmi les initiateurs du projet\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.
\nLe M\u00e9morial sera si imposant, selon Zied El H\u00e9ni, qu’il sera rep\u00e9rable en arrivant de Tunis et de Rad\u00e8s pour aller \u00e0 Carthage. Malgr\u00e9 ses dimensions, il sera l\u00e9ger et construit avec des mat\u00e9riaux peu co\u00fbteux, r\u00e9sistants aux ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes naturels.<\/p>\n

Hannibal, plus qu’un chef de guerre, un leader politique
\n<\/strong>Par ailleurs, Zied El H\u00e9ni consid\u00e8re que le M\u00e9morial constitue un projet national par excellence. \u00ab\u00a0C’est le projet du peuple aussi. Les peuples, en temps de crise, doivent se souvenir de leur Histoire et de leur civilisation pour reprendre leurs forces. Hannibal repr\u00e9sente l’une des plus belles pages de l’Histoire de la Tunisie, incarnant aussi les plus belles victoires du pays. Par ce projet, nous demandons aux tunisiens de lever la t\u00eate\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-il encore confi\u00e9.
\nD’un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, Hannibal Barca, selon El H\u00e9ni,\u00a0 n’\u00e9tait pas seulement un ing\u00e9nieux chef de guerre : il \u00e9tait aussi un leader politique de premier ordre. \u00ab\u00a0Il portait le projet d’une union m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne qui est aujourd’hui au c\u0153ur\u00a0de l’actualit\u00e9.
