Jeudi 15 novembre 2018, elle sera inaugur\u00e9e par le roi du Maroc Mohammed VI, en pr\u00e9sence du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique fran\u00e7aise, Emmanuel Macron. Le train va relier les villes de Casablanca et Tanger.<br \/>\nSelon un communiqu\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9sidence fran\u00e7aise, ce projet faramineux est le fruit d&rsquo;un partenariat entre la France et le Maroc. Plusieurs entreprises fran\u00e7aises y ont pris part, \u00e0 l&rsquo;instar de la SNCF. Cette derni\u00e8re s&rsquo;est occup\u00e9e du volet de l&rsquo;assistance \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise d&rsquo;ouvrage aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;office national des chemins de fer (ONCF).
