Le premier regroupement du coll\u00e8ge organis\u00e9 du 12 au 17 novembre a r\u00e9uni 27 doctorants d&rsquo;Alg\u00e9rie, du Maroc et de Tunisie. Ils ont pu ainsi renforcer leurs comp\u00e9tences entrepreneuriales. Le Coll\u00e8ge doctoral en entrepreneuriat consiste en un regroupement de doctorants inscrits en 2\u00e8me ou 3\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de th\u00e8se dans un \u00e9tablissement membre de l\u2019AUF au Maghreb (Alg\u00e9rie, Maroc, Tunisie) , et porteurs d\u2019un projet de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019entreprise.\\ Pendant 5 jours, les doctorants suivent une formation organis\u00e9e sous forme de conf\u00e9rences pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res, de tables rondes, d\u2019\u00e9changes avec des professionnels de l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 et de cr\u00e9ateurs d\u2019entreprise. Une phase pratique d\u2019entra\u00eenement \u00e0 la formalisation des projets et \u00e0 la communication vers les investisseurs compl\u00e9tera ces formations th\u00e9oriques : constitution d\u2019\u00e9quipes poly-disciplinaires, attribution des projets aux \u00e9quipes, travail de formalisation avec des coaches, pitch final de pr\u00e9sentation. L\u2019encadrement est assur\u00e9 par des enseignants universitaires en Entrepreneuriat (Universit\u00e9s de Settat, de Rabat, d\u2019El Jadida, de Carthage, et d\u2019Alger), des professionnels de l\u2019emploi (Association nationale de Promotion de l\u2019Emploi et des Comp\u00e9tences \u2013 ANAPEC), le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Education, de la Formation professionnelle, de l\u2019Enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de la Recherche scientifique repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le Centre National pour la Recherche Scientifique et Technique &#8211; CNRST) et des Institutions marocaines travaillant dans l\u2019incubation d\u2019entreprises (Jeune Chambre internationale \u2013 JCI, Incubateur marocain pour l\u2019Innovation et l\u2019Entrepreneuriat social \u2013 MCISE), la valorisation des brevets (OMPIC), ainsi que de jeunes cr\u00e9ateurs d\u2019entreprises repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par le Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants d\u2019entreprise (CJD), sous forme de retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience. \u00ab Ce premier coll\u00e8ge doctoral en Entrepreneuriat de la Direction r\u00e9gionale AUF au Maghreb r\u00e9unit les partenaires de l\u2019AUF mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9s par des accords-cadres de partenariats sign\u00e9s par notre Recteur au Maroc. Plusieurs nouveaux partenaires financiers et scientifiques ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 leur int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le programme et envisagent de participer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9dition 2019\u00bb Jean-Luc Tholozan, Directeur r\u00e9gional de l\u2019AUF au Maghreb. \u00ab <em>Le Coll\u00e8ge doctoral maghr\u00e9bin sur l\u2019Entrepreneuriat est centr\u00e9 sur les Doctorants, les \u00e9tudes de terrain ayant montr\u00e9 que les fourchettes d\u2019\u00e2ge principales de cr\u00e9ation des entreprises sont les 25-34 ans, puis les 35-45 ans dans les pays du Maghreb. Ce Coll\u00e8ge est destin\u00e9 aux<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Doctorants ayant un projet de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019entreprise. Ce programme sera propos\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on<\/em><br \/>\n<em>r\u00e9currente \u00e0 chaque nouvelle rentr\u00e9e universitaire.
