La chambre criminelle \u00e0 la Cour d’Appel de Sfax a confirm\u00e9, ce lundi 19 novembre 2018, apr\u00e8s examen de l’affaire criminelle en appel\u00a0 des inculp\u00e9s Chafik Jarraya, un ancien gouverneur de Sfax, un secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du m\u00eame gouvernorat et un ancien fonctionnaire de la direction r\u00e9gionale de l’\u00e9quipement, le verdict en premi\u00e8re instance sur cette affaire, \u00e0 savoir le non lieu.
\nLes accusations port\u00e9es \u00e0 Chafik Jarraya et Cie portent sur l’exploitation d’une fonctionnaire public charg\u00e9 de par ses fonctions de garder des biens pour porter pr\u00e9judice \u00e0 l’administration en y participant et l’atteinte \u00e0 un bien immobilier enregistr\u00e9.
\nAu cours de cette audience qui s’est tenue ce jour, Chafik Jarraya s’est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en \u00e9tat de libert\u00e9. Les autres inculp\u00e9s n’\u00e9taient pas pr\u00e9sents.
\nRappelons que le verdict p\u00e9nal prononc\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re instance par la chambre criminelle du tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de\u00a0 Sfax, le 12 octobre 2015 portait su un non lieu pour tous les inculp\u00e9s pour l’action publique et d’abandonner l’action particuli\u00e8re engag\u00e9e par le charg\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du contentieux de l’Etat au profit du minist\u00e8re de l’int\u00e9rieur en tant que partie civile.
\nLe minist\u00e8re public au tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Sfax, a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 en compagnie du charg\u00e9 du contentieux de l’Etat, de faire appel de ce verdict.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
