{"id":140599,"date":"2019-03-08T11:39:22","date_gmt":"2019-03-08T10:39:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.realites.com.tn\/?p=140599"},"modified":"2019-03-08T11:39:52","modified_gmt":"2019-03-08T10:39:52","slug":"uib-la-femme-a-lhonneur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/uib-la-femme-a-lhonneur\/","title":{"rendered":"UIB : La femme \u00e0 l\u2019honneur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>L\u2019Union Internationale de Banques (UIB)\u00a0 renforce ses engagements \u00e0 faire promouvoir et \u00e0 faire progresser l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes au sein de la Banque et dans les repr\u00e9sentations socio-culturelles sur la base de la comp\u00e9tence et du m\u00e9rite.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Union Internationale de Banques\u00a0 vient d\u2019obtenir le label GEEIS \u00ab Gender Equality European &amp; International Standard \u00bb, un label international pour l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle qui \u00e9value et valorise les entreprises ayant une d\u00e9marche volontariste en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle. Le label GEEIS a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2010 \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative du fonds Arborus sous le haut patronage du Conseil \u00e9conomique et social europ\u00e9en. Son objectif : promouvoir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes dans la sph\u00e8re professionnelle.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>\u00ab <em>Nous approchons volontairement et de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9complex\u00e9e, les probl\u00e9matiques des diversit\u00e9s et d\u2019inclusion par devoir moral et par devoir de valeurs.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><strong>Mr. Kamel NEJI<br \/>\n<\/strong>Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d\u2019Administration de l\u2019UIB<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>\u00ab <em>Nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux\u00a0 de cette cons\u00e9cration fruit de collaboration de toute une \u00e9quipe. Notre d\u00e9marche a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 celle de l\u2019ouverture et non de l\u2019autosatisfaction. Nous n\u2019avons pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire appel \u00e0 <\/em>\u00a0<em>des experts en la mati\u00e8re pour mieux nous orienter.<\/em>\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><strong>Mr. Mondher GHAZALI<br \/>\n<\/strong>Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019UIB<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>La certification a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9e, apr\u00e8s audit, par le Bureau Veritas Tunisie. Il s\u2019agit du premier audit et de la premi\u00e8re Certification en Tunisie et en Afrique. L\u2019audit a port\u00e9 sur des crit\u00e8res ayant trait notamment \u00e0 la mixit\u00e9 dans tous les m\u00e9tiers de la banque, l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale, la conciliation entre vie priv\u00e9e et vie professionnelle et le dialogue social. L\u2019UIB s\u2019est vu remettre le troph\u00e9e du label \u00ab <em>Gender Equality European &amp; International Standard<\/em> \u00bb &#8211; GEEIS\u00a0 par Cristina Lungui, juriste et militante de longue date pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes &#8211; hommes dans le monde du travail et Pr\u00e9sidente d\u2019Arborus.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-140600 size-publisher-lg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.realites.com.tn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Les-Femmes-\u00e0-lUIB-750x430.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"430\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Concomitamment \u00e0 ses bons r\u00e9sultats qui ont permis de renforcer ses fondamentaux\u00a0 et ses ratios, l\u2019UIB s\u2019est investie dans plusieurs autres chantiers qui valorisent son image et sa particularit\u00e9, notamment en mati\u00e8re de gestion des ressources humaines. La pr\u00e9sence f\u00e9minine au sein de l\u2019UIB est de 57%. Outre le nombre, c\u2019est la qualit\u00e9 de cette pr\u00e9sence qui interpelle le plus. 60% des femmes sont engag\u00e9es dans le processus d\u2019encadrement, le tiers des membres de son conseil d\u2019administration, soit 4, sont de la gent f\u00e9minine et, last but not least, sur les dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la part des femmes recrut\u00e9es dans la banque s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 70%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accord entre l\u2019UIB et le syndicat de base &#8211; UGTT<br \/>\nsur l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle femmes \/ hommes<br \/>\n<\/strong>Afin de consolider les engagements pris en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes, un accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 entre la Direction de l\u2019UIB et le syndicat de base, mettant en avant 10 principes qui\u00a0 doivent constituer la\u00a0 ligne directrice \u00e0 observer par l\u2019ensemble des acteurs au sein de l\u2019entreprise.<br \/>\nDans ce cadre, les deux parties ont convenu de poursuivre les d\u00e9marches d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9es dans les quatre domaines d\u2019actions prioritaires que sont la formation, la promotion professionnelle, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et l&rsquo;articulation entre la vie professionnelle et la vie personnelle, tout en renfor\u00e7ant les objectifs \u00e0 atteindre et les actions \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LES DIX PRINCIPES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong> Consacrer le principe d&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes tout au long de la vie professionnelle.<br \/>\n<strong>2-<\/strong> Respecter et promouvoir l&rsquo;application du principe de non-discrimination sous toutes ses formes et \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes de la vie professionnelle.<br \/>\n<strong>3-<\/strong> Sensibiliser l\u2019ensemble des acteurs de la Banque aux principes de non-discrimination et d&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances entre les femmes et les hommes, \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes de la vie professionnelle, et ce par des actions r\u00e9guli\u00e8res de communication interne.<br \/>\n<strong>4-<\/strong> Recruter les femmes et les hommes sur la base d\u2019un processus uniformis\u00e9.<br \/>\n<strong>5-<\/strong> Offrir un ensemble d&rsquo;actions de formation, auxquelles chacun(e) peut avoir acc\u00e8s et r\u00e9affirmer le principe selon lequel les formations, quelle qu\u2019en soit leur dur\u00e9e, sont accessibles \u00e0 tou(te)s.<br \/>\n<strong>6-<\/strong> Veiller \u00e0 ce que les promotions soient exclusivement bas\u00e9es sur des crit\u00e8res professionnels.<br \/>\n<strong>7-<\/strong> Prendre en compte les contraintes familiales en cas de mobilit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique li\u00e9e \u00e0 une \u00e9volution professionnelle.<br \/>\n<strong>8-<\/strong> Continuer \u00e0 offrir le m\u00eame salaire de base pour un m\u00eame niveau de responsabilit\u00e9s, de formation, d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience professionnelle, de comp\u00e9tences et de performance.<br \/>\n<strong>9-<\/strong> Continuer \u00e0 renforcer la repr\u00e9sentation f\u00e9minine dans l&rsquo;encadrement et dans le Comit\u00e9 de Direction.<br \/>\n<strong>10-<\/strong> S&rsquo;engager \u00e0 ce qu\u2019en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9volution professionnelle, le cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9 ne p\u00e9nalise pas les salari\u00e9es.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Union Internationale de Banques (UIB)\u00a0 renforce ses engagements \u00e0 faire promouvoir et \u00e0 faire progresser l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes au sein de la Banque et dans&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":60,"featured_media":140601,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-140599","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualites"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.3 -
