Dans cette course domin\u00e9e jusqu\u2019ici par les amateurs de l\u2019infiniment insignifiant, on per\u00e7oit le vrai profil<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>de certains pr\u00e9tendants<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>dont les pr\u00e9tentions d\u00e9mesur\u00e9es sont<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>trahies par des<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>d\u00e9clarations d\u2019une insoutenable l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et d\u2019une inaptitude sans \u00e9gale,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u00e0 saisir le vrai sens des missions qu\u2019assume le chef de l\u2019Etat .<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">Le philosophe canadien Alain Denault n\u2019a-t-il pas<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">raison en soutenant que \u00ab\u00a0la m\u00e9diocratie d\u00e9signe l\u2019ordre m\u00e9diocre \u00e9rig\u00e9 en mod\u00e8le\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0!<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">Pour ce penseur, ce terme<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00ab ne d\u00e9signe pas tant la domination des m\u00e9diocres que l\u2019\u00e9tat de domination exerc\u00e9 par les modalit\u00e9s m\u00e9diocres elles-m\u00eames\u00bb.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">Au regard de ce qui se passe actuellement en Tunisie, au lendemain de l\u2019ouverture des candidatures \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle anticip\u00e9e du 15 septembre prochain,<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">tout donne \u00e0 croire que le pays est en train d\u2019avancer \u00e0 pas s\u00fbrs vers<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">l\u2019ordre m\u00e9diocre.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">Manifestement, la multiplication d\u00e8s le premier jour des candidatures fantaisistes est symptomatique des maux politiques qui frappent la Tunisie. Elle est le t\u00e9moin de la perversion de la vie publique dans un pays o\u00f9 les institutions sont tourn\u00e9es en d\u00e9rision,<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">condamnant les Tunisiens<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00e0 subir pendant cinq ans les lubies, l\u2019inexp\u00e9rience et l\u2019improvisation d\u2019une classe politique inapte au pouvoir et incapable de conduire le changement.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">Pour cette raison \u00e9vidente, l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle anticip\u00e9e se pr\u00e9sente comme une course de haute voltige,<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">l\u2019expression<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">d\u2019une \u00e9preuve dont l\u2019issue est<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">ind\u00e9cise<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">dans la mesure o\u00f9 elle met aux prises une multitude d\u2019adversaires<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">pr\u00eats \u00e0 tout pour le pouvoir, mais dont il est difficile de discerner les diff\u00e9rences, la consistance du programme<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">et encore moins<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">la coh\u00e9rence du discours.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">Cela fait que <\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">ce<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">scrutin,<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">qui s\u2019annonce<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00e0 la fois serr\u00e9,<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">ind\u00e9cis et propice \u00e0 toutes les intrigues et man\u0153uvres,<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">va mettre les pr\u00e9tendants, \u00e0 la faveur<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">de<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">l\u2019inversion du calendrier<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">et<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">du brouillage de toutes les<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">cartes, devant une situation aussi<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">inconfortable que p\u00e9rilleuse. Le d\u00e9c\u00e8s du Pr\u00e9sident B\u00e9ji Ca\u00efd Essebsi a<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00e9t\u00e9 le catalyseur d\u2019une nouvelle donne, qui impose<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00e0 tous les pr\u00e9tendants \u00e0 la course de relever une multitude de d\u00e9fis.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">Le d\u00e9fi du r\u00e9sultat,<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">en premier lieu, rev\u00eatira<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">une importance cruciale et tous ceux qui se sont engag\u00e9s<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">craignent son effet redoutable. Pour les candidats des partis, ainsi que pour les<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">ind\u00e9pendants, la pr\u00e9sidentielle anticip\u00e9e aura<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">une valeur de test, d\u2019\u00e9preuve pour jauger<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">leur cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9. Le successeur de B\u00e9ji Ca\u00efd Essebsi<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">devra<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">objectivement trouver les bons<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">arguments pour convaincre, s\u00e9duire et mobiliser des \u00e9lecteurs ind\u00e9cis et gagn\u00e9s par le doute.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">L\u2019entreprise ne sera pas ais\u00e9e, loin s\u2019en faut. Un candidat qui poss\u00e8de un charisme, qui est consensuel, qui<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">pr\u00e9sente<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">une vision et un programme, ne court pas encore les rues chez nous. Dans la configuration actuelle de l\u2019\u00e9chiquier politique,<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\" style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">cela \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 chercher une aiguille dans une botte de foin.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">Avec l\u2019inflation des partis politiques et le poids pris par les ind\u00e9pendants, il est difficile d\u2019avancer des jugements ou de faire des pronostics.
