Le centre \u00e9lectoral \u00e0 l’\u00e9cole primaire Ai Iffa \u00e0 Denden a enregistr\u00e9 un crime \u00e9lectoral: une \u00e9lectrice a pris en photo son bulletin de vote. Ce qui est strictement interdit.
\nLes agents du poste de police de Denden sont intervenus pour arr\u00eater la citoyenne et saisir son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9e au si\u00e8ge du district de la s\u00fbret\u00e9 nationale de la Manouba o\u00f9 un PV a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli en attendant la consultation du minist\u00e8re public au tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance \u00e0 la Manouba.
\nL’Instance r\u00e9gionale ind\u00e9pendante pour les \u00e9lections va examiner ce crime \u00e9lectoral et d\u00e9cider de son transfert au minist\u00e8re public ou pas et de la poursuivre judiciairement. La sanction de ce crime \u00e9lectoral peut atteindre une ann\u00e9e d’emprisonnement selon la pr\u00e9sidente de l’IRIE, Rym Sliti. Pour Mohamed Tlili Mansri, membre du comit\u00e9 directeur de l’ISIE, la sanction peut aller jusqu’\u00e0 deux ann\u00e9es d’emprisonnement t deux mille dinars d’amende.
\nIl faut rappeler que le m\u00eame centre a connu la m\u00eame infraction commise par une citoyenne qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9e devant le minist\u00e8re public en \u00e9tat de libert\u00e9.
\nIl faut rappeler qu’un candidat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle au premier tour, en l’occurrence Seifeddine Makhlouf a \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en photo en train d’utiliser son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pour photographier son bulletin de vote et aucune poursuite n’a \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9e \u00e0 son encontre.
