Dans une d\u00e9claration accord\u00e9e \u00e0 Express Fm ce lundi 14 octobre 2019, le porte parole du tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Nabeul Karim Boulila a assur\u00e9 que le nouvel \u00e9lu du parti au c\u0153ur de la Tunisie sur la circonscription de Nabeul Zouehri Makhlouf se trouve actuellement au tribunal pour compara\u00eetre devant le juge d\u2019instruction dans le cadre de l’affaire de harc\u00e8lement sexuel conform\u00e9ment aux articles 226 et 226 bis du code p\u00e9nal.<\/p>\n

Il est \u00e0 noter que la plaignante, une jeune lyc\u00e9enne, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 son tour entendue par le juge d’instruction.<\/p>\n

Rappelons que la plaignante, avait mise en ligne sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux une s\u00e9rie de photos montrant le nouvel \u00e9lu en train de se masturber dans sa voiture dans les alentours du lyc\u00e9e de Dar Chaaben Fehri, indiquant que cet individu qu’elle ne connaissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pas, l’a harcel\u00e9e ainsi que ses coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 maintes reprises.<\/p>\n
