Lorsqu&rsquo;un patient est gu\u00e9ri, peut-on le consid\u00e9rer, d\u00e9finitivement, tel quel ? Docteure Jalila Ben Khelil, membre de la Commission Nationale de lutte contre le nouveau coronavirus et Cheffe du service de r\u00e9animation au sein de l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital Abderrahmane Mami, est justement revenue sur cette question.<br \/>\nIl existe, selon la praticienne, une diff\u00e9rence entre le r\u00e9tablissement clinique et le r\u00e9tablissement \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique. Le premier cas ne signifie pas, selon elle, une gu\u00e9rison totale de la maladie. <em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 du patient s&rsquo;am\u00e9liore et les sympt\u00f4mes de la maladie disparaissent \u00e0 l&rsquo;instar de la fi\u00e8vre et de la toux. Cela ne signifie pas qu&rsquo;il est compl\u00e8tement r\u00e9tabli. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 o\u00f9 entre la phase du r\u00e9tablissement virale. Le patient subit deux analyses m\u00e9dicales dont les r\u00e9sultats doivent \u00eatre n\u00e9gatifs. Ceci nous rassure quant \u00e0 la disparition du virus, ce qui veut dire que le patient ne pr\u00e9sente plus aucun danger pour son entourage\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-elle expliqu\u00e9 ce dimanche 25 mai 2020 dans une d\u00e9claration accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;agence TAP.<br \/>\nDans ce m\u00eame contexte, on ne peut d\u00e9clarer l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de gu\u00e9rison que lorsque les r\u00e9sultats des deux analyses suivantes m\u00e9dicales sont n\u00e9gatifs. Le second test est effectu\u00e9 entre 24h et 48h apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;affichage des r\u00e9sultats du premier test.<br \/>\nUne fois gu\u00e9ri sur le plan viral, un patient ne constitue plus un danger pour son entourage selon Docteure Jalila Ben Khelil. Toutefois, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;observer, \u00e0 titre pr\u00e9ventif, un auto-isolement all\u00e9g\u00e9 pendant une \u00e0 deux semaines. C&rsquo;est surtout valable pour le milieux familial. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le patient doit continuer \u00e0 respecter les consignes sanitaires, \u00e0 l&rsquo;instar du lavage des mains et du port du masque de protection\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a martel\u00e9 la Docteure.<br \/>\nQu&rsquo;en est-il de l&rsquo;\u00e9ventuelle immunit\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par l&rsquo;organisme face au nouveau coronavirus ? Selon Docteure Jalila Ben Khelil, plusieurs \u00e9tudes ont indiqu\u00e9 que le corps a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 produire des anticorps face au COVID-19. Si la personne est \u00e0 nouveau contamin\u00e9e, elle aura, \u00e0 sa disposition, l&rsquo;immunit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire.
