En effet, cette sanction s&rsquo;applique aux p\u00eacheurs, vendeurs ou transporteurs de cette esp\u00e8ce menac\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, cette initiative a \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9e par l&rsquo;association <em>Notre Grand Bleu\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>\u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de la premi\u00e8re d\u00e9cision d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e en faveur de la biodiversit\u00e9, en Tunisie. La tortue de mer, bien qu&rsquo;elle soit class\u00e9e parmi les esp\u00e8ces menac\u00e9es, est toujours p\u00each\u00e9e en Tunisie.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, des pratiques ill\u00e9gales de commerce de cette esp\u00e8ces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;INLUCC, en avril.
