Le chef du bloc parlementaire de Qalb Tounes, Oussama Khelifi a annonc\u00e9 que le processus de la formation du gouvernement \u00e9tait sur la bonne voie.
\nDans un statut Facebook publi\u00e9 ce dimanche 16 ao\u00fbt 2020, Khelifi a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que Qalb Tounes a opt\u00e9 pour la poursuite du dialogue et la priorisation de l’int\u00e9r\u00eat national.
\nLe pr\u00e9sident de Qalb Tounes, Nabil Karoui s’\u00e9tant entretenu avec le chef du gouvernement d\u00e9sign\u00e9, Hichem Mechichi aujourd’hui. Une entrevue qui n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement communiqu\u00e9e par la Kasbah ou par Qalb Tounes qui souhaitait voir s’installer un gouvernement d’union nationale.<\/p>\n

\"\"Il est \u00e0 noter que pour Nabil Karoui, le gouvernement de Mechichi \u00e9tait celui du du chef de l\u2019Etat, Ka\u00efs Sa\u00efed qui doit en assumer la responsabilit\u00e9<\/a>. Sa\u00efed ne souhaitait pas, aussi, faire participer les partis politiques dans le prochain gouvernement d\u2019o\u00f9 son choix de Mechichi en tant que chef du gouvernement.
\nLe pr\u00e9sident de Qalb Tounes avait, par ailleurs, jug\u00e9 que le paysage politique actuel \u00e9tait \u00e9trange vu que ceux qui ont remport\u00e9 les \u00e9lections ne gouverneront pas. Il s’\u00e9tait, ainsi, interrog\u00e9 sur l\u2019utilit\u00e9 des \u00e9lections puisque ce sont les ind\u00e9pendants qui constitueront la nouvelle \u00e9quipe gouvernementale assurant que l\u2019important pour un gouvernement est d\u2019avoir un plan pour \u00e9radiquer la pauvret\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendamment de son appartenance partisane.
\nRappelons que\u00a0lors de leur premi\u00e8re rencontre, Karoui avait assur\u00e9 que Mechichi \u00e9tait une personne intelligente qui ne reproduira pas les erreurs du gouvernement pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/a>\u00a0[Celui d\u2019Elyes Fakhfakh, NDLR].
\nNabil Karoui avait, \u00e9galement, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu\u2019il ne s\u2019opposait pas \u00e0 l\u2019adh\u00e9sion d\u2019aucune partie \u00e0 la prochaine composition gouvernementale jugeant que la minorit\u00e9 n\u2019a pas le droit d\u2019imposer ses positions sur la majorit\u00e9, selon ses dires.
\nNotons que le chef du gouvernement de gestion des affaires courantes, Elyes Fakhfakh \u00e9tait contre l\u2019\u00e9largissement de la coalition gouvernementale et l\u2019inclusion de Qalb Tounes.
\nUn appel lanc\u00e9 -\u00e0 maintes reprises- par Ennahdha et rejet\u00e9 par Fakhfakh qui avait d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but (lors de la formation du gouvernement) \u00e9cart\u00e9 le parti de Nabil Karoui des n\u00e9gociations autour de la constitution gouvernementale vu que son programme ne correspondait pas aux priorit\u00e9s des Tunisiens.
\nLe chef du gouvernement d\u00e9sign\u00e9 et ministre de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur dans le gouvernement de gestion des affaires courantes d\u2019Elyes Fakhfakh a annonc\u00e9, le 10 ao\u00fbt courant, la formation d\u2019un gouvernement de comp\u00e9tences ind\u00e9pendantes \u00e9cartant, ainsi, les partis politiques.
\nToutefois, les n\u00e9gociations autour de la constitution du prochain gouvernement se poursuivront avec les partis autour des priorit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et sociales des Tunisiens.<\/p>\n
