Comme chaque ann\u00e9e, le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre magazine Global Finance –\u00a0 un mensuel – attribue des notes aux gouverneurs des diff\u00e9rentes banques centrales du monde. Dans la 26\u00e8me \u00e9dition du prix, le magazine a attribu\u00e9 la note \u00ab\u00a0C\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Marouane Al Abassi, Gouverneur de la Banque Centrale de Tunisie (BCT), sur une \u00e9chelle allant de A \u00e0 F.
\nS’appuyer sur le travail d’un ensemble d’experts, Global Finance a analys\u00e9, cette ann\u00e9e, la r\u00e9ponse des gouverneurs des banques centrales \u00e0 la crise sanitaire li\u00e9e au nouveau coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2 ou COVID-19). Au total, 90 banquiers centraux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s entre le 1er juillet 2019 et le 30 juin 2020. La note \u00ab\u00a0C\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9croch\u00e9 par le Gouverneur tunisien est donc tr\u00e8s honorable. Il faut rappeler, en effet, que la BCT, avec Marouane Al Abassi \u00e0 sa t\u00eate, a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9active apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9clenchement de la crise sanitaire. D’ailleurs, le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre mensuel a mis en exergue les nombreuses mesures qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9es et prises face \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie.
\nPar ailleurs, au niveau de la r\u00e9gion MENA (Moyen-Orient et Afrique du Nord), Global Finance a attribu\u00e9 un A aux gouverneurs des banques centrales du Kowe\u00eft – Mohammed Youssef Al-Hashel -, du Maroc – Abdelatif Jouahri – et d’Isra\u00ebl – Amir Yaron -.
\nEn g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le magazine consid\u00e8re que les diff\u00e9rentes institutions d’\u00e9missions ont choisi d’encourager les \u00e9tablissements bancaires \u00e0 pr\u00eater de l’argent, notamment au profit des petites et des micro-entreprises.
