Le dirigeant d’Ennahdha, Imed Hammami a exprim\u00e9, en ce mardi 3 novembre 2020, son opposition au maintien du pr\u00e9sident de l’Assembl\u00e9e des repr\u00e9sentants du peuple (ARP), Rached Ghannouchi \u00e0 la t\u00eate d’Ennahdha pour un troisi\u00e8me mandat.
\nInvit\u00e9 de Radio Med aujourd’hui, l’ex-ministre de la Sant\u00e9 a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 les d\u00e9cisions unilat\u00e9rales prises par Ghannouchi au sein d’Ennahdha pr\u00e9cisant que l’ensemble des instances du parti islamiste \u00e9taient gel\u00e9es.
\nImed Hammami a, par ailleurs, rappel\u00e9 que le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur d’Ennahdha ne permettait pas \u00e0 Ghannouchi de briguer un autre mandat \u00e0 la t\u00eate du parti.
\nRappelons que cent membres d\u2019Ennahdha dont des membres du Conseil de la Choura et des d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont adress\u00e9\u00a0une correspondance<\/a>\u00a0\u00e0 Rached Ghannouchi l\u2019appelant \u00e0 annoncer qu\u2019il ne se portera pas candidat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence du parti islamiste pour un nouveau mandat. Ils ont, par ailleurs, appel\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas amender l\u2019article 31 du r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur du mouvement.
\nAlors que certaines voix se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es soutenant Ghannouchi dans son \u00e9ventuelle candidature, d\u2019autres sont toujours attach\u00e9es \u00e0 la concr\u00e9tisation du principe d\u2019alternance d\u00e9mocratique.
\nPour ces derniers, le maintien de Ghannouchi \u00e0 la t\u00eate d\u2019Ennahdha contribuait \u00e0 la division et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9parpillement au sein du parti islamiste et conduira, certes, \u00e0 plus de d\u00e9missions du mouvement qui sera, d\u00e9sormais, affaibli.
\nIl est \u00e0 noter que certains dirigeants au sein du parti islamiste, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de Abdelhamid Jelassi qui a d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 d\u2019Ennahdha le 4 mars 2020, se sont oppos\u00e9s \u00e0 la prorogation du mandat de Rached Ghannouchi \u00e0 la t\u00eate d\u2019Ennahdha.
\nIls l\u2019ont, en effet, appel\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer ses fonctions et ouvrir des opportunit\u00e9s aux nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations nahdhaouies ayant jug\u00e9 que le parti avait besoin d\u2019un changement.
\nL\u2019\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 d\u2019une duplicit\u00e9 relative aux discours de Ghannouchi en tant que chef d\u2019Ennahdha mais aussi pr\u00e9sident du Parlement a, \u00e9galement, \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9nonc\u00e9e.
\nEn d\u00e9cembre 2019, l\u2019ancien ministre de la Sant\u00e9, Abdellatif Mekki avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que Ghannouchi, en tant que pr\u00e9sident du Parlement, n\u2019\u00e9tait plus \u00ab capable de consacrer du temps<\/em> \u00bb pour ses fonctions \u00e0 la t\u00eate du parti.
\nIl avait pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur d\u2019Ennahdha impose \u00e0 son pr\u00e9sident d\u2019\u00eatre disponible pour l\u2019exercice de ses fonctions \u00ab m\u00eame s\u2019il est faisable de cumuler les deux missions<\/em>\u00bb.
\nDe son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u2019ex-chef du gouvernement nahdhaoui, Ali La\u00e2rayedh avait affirm\u00e9, en juin 2020, qu\u2019il faut prioriser les jeunes et les femmes au sein d\u2019Ennahdha puisque la direction du parti a besoin de la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qu\u2019il ne repr\u00e9sentait pas.
\nIl avait, de surcro\u00eet, relev\u00e9 l\u2019importance de respecter le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur du parti qui n\u2019autorise pas un troisi\u00e8me mandat assurant que Rached Ghannouchi peut toujours continuer de contribuer au parti quelle que soit sa position.<\/p>\n
