Quelles opinions se feront-ils sur l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 la sortie de la crise ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Booster la marque employeur dans un contexte de crise<br \/>\n<\/strong>La p\u00e9riode actuelle que nous vivons impose de prendre les bonnes d\u00e9cisions au bon moment et de faire preuve d\u2019agilit\u00e9 et de responsabilit\u00e9, \u00e0 commencer par l&rsquo;application du protocole sanitaire sur les lieux de travail ou encore l\u2019instauration du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail s\u2019il le faut.<br \/>\nPar ailleurs, les mesures telles que l\u2019arr\u00eat temporaire de travail, les cong\u00e9s impos\u00e9s, le gel des recrutements ont toutes un impact sur la marque employeur d\u2019une entreprise, mais la mani\u00e8re dont ces actions sont per\u00e7ues d\u00e9pendra de la fa\u00e7on dont elles sont ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es et communiqu\u00e9es. Plus que jamais, les chefs d&rsquo;entreprises doivent se rappeler que leur identit\u00e9 et leurs promesses doivent \u00eatre tenues malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9cisions difficiles qui sont prises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9ussir la communication autour de la marque employeur<br \/>\n<\/strong>Chaque entreprise a sa propre identit\u00e9, et, pour r\u00e9ussir, il faut qu\u2019elle mette en avant ses valeurs, ses r\u00e9ussites et sa personnalit\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re active et visible sur diff\u00e9rents supports, que ce soit \u00e0 travers son \u00e9quipe dirigeante mais \u00e9galement l\u2019ensemble de ses collaborateurs.<br \/>\nLes salari\u00e9s d\u2019une entreprise sont, en effet, ses ambassadeurs\u00a0; ce sont de v\u00e9ritables porte-paroles, notamment sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Ils sont fortement associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019image de leur employeur, et peuvent donc l\u2019influencer de mani\u00e8re positive.<br \/>\nAujourd\u2019hui, il est important d\u2019investir dans des r\u00e9seaux sociaux professionnels, tels que Linkedin, \u00e0 travers une strat\u00e9gie \u00e9ditoriale refl\u00e9tant le <em>mindset<\/em> de l\u2019entreprise ainsi que ses engagements.<br \/>\nIl faut savoir que la marque employeur d\u2019une entreprise ne concerne pas que ses employ\u00e9s actuels et futurs.
