Cette distinction consacre, dans la dur\u00e9e, la qualit\u00e9 de service d\u00e9livr\u00e9e \u00e0 la client\u00e8le de l\u2019UIB. Elle refl\u00e8te, aussi, l\u2019expertise et l\u2019engagement quotidien des \u00e9quipes face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve de la crise sanitaire COVID-19.<br \/>\nLe prix \u00ab <em>\u00c9lu Service Client de l\u2019Ann\u00e9e 2021<\/em> \u00bb, qui r\u00e9compense la qualit\u00e9 de service client et entend favoriser les meilleurs standards en la mati\u00e8re, a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis \u00e0 Kamel N\u00e9ji, Pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration et Raoul de la Genardi\u00e8re, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, lors d\u2019une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie organis\u00e9e le 16 d\u00e9cembre 2020.<br \/>\nKamel N\u00e9ji a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 cette occasion \u00ab <em>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise du prix &#8211; \u00c9lu Service Client de l&rsquo;Ann\u00e9e 2021 &#8211; nous laisse d\u00e9couvrir, une fois de plus, de belles r\u00e9alisations et nous donne l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00eatre au fait de belles histoires en mati\u00e8re de Service Client.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Cette distinction honore, pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive, notre banque autant que moi-m\u00eame. Elle est source de bonheur collectif au sein de l\u2019UIB et l\u2019on ne pourra s\u2019emp\u00eacher de reconnaitre qu\u2019elle est l\u2019\u0153uvre de nos collaboratrices et collaborateurs dont l\u2019engagement solide et sinc\u00e8re donne du baume au c\u0153ur.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Ce prix est en lien, aussi, avec le niveau d\u2019ambition que la gouvernance de la Banque s\u2019est fix\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 cr\u00e9atrice et de proximit\u00e9 avec la client\u00e8le. Plus encore, l\u2019UIB a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9e par un sens aigu de transparence, de responsabilit\u00e9, de complicit\u00e9 et de fraternit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de ses clients.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>De nouvelles tendances orientent, dans cette situation hors norme, le destin de la relation client.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Elles sont en lien avec l\u2019usage du num\u00e9rique et le recours \u00e0 des solutions de collecte et d\u2019analyse<\/em><br \/>\n<em>des data qui permettent d\u2019avoir une connaissance plus fine des clients, de leurs besoins et de<\/em><br \/>\n<em>leurs caract\u00e9ristiques en termes de culture et de normes comportementales<\/em> \u00bb a soulign\u00e9<br \/>\nKamel N\u00e9ji.<br \/>\n\u00ab <em>La mise en perspective des donn\u00e9es laisse \u00e0 penser que la transition entre le mod\u00e8le relationnel<\/em><br \/>\n<em>(ancien) et le nouveau mod\u00e8le \u2013 fond\u00e9 sur les principes de mobilit\u00e9 et d\u2019instantan\u00e9it\u00e9 \u2013 n\u2019est pas<\/em><br \/>\n<em>exempte de complexit\u00e9. Cette bifurcation \u2013 vers des canaux de contact et des produits bancaires<\/em><br \/>\n<em>plus innovants \u2013 exige une personnalisation des offres et une am\u00e9lioration continue des outils<\/em><br \/>\n<em>digitaux et des process. Elle requiert, \u00e9galement, davantage de disponibilit\u00e9, d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de<\/em><br \/>\n<em>s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Cette transition n\u00e9cessite, enfin, un surcro\u00eet d\u2019expertise et de formation de mani\u00e8re \u00e0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la relation de confiance que l\u2019on entretient avec la client\u00e8le et \u00e0 lui<\/em><br \/>\n<em>apporter plus de valeur et de personnalisation.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Cette distinction \u2013 qui restera dans la m\u00e9moire collective de notre Banque \u2013 nous invite d\u00e9sormais<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00e0 proposer \u00e0 nos clients des solutions de partage d\u2019exp\u00e9rience.
