Les recettes p\u00e9troli\u00e8res ont baiss\u00e9 de 40%, grevant de 31% les recettes fiscales du gouvernement. R\u00e9sultat, une r\u00e9cession de 5,2% et une crise \u00e9conomique profonde.<\/div>\n<div>La quatri\u00e8me \u00e9conomie africaine d\u00e9pend \u00e0 90% des hydrocarbures pour ses recettes d&rsquo;exportation, et quand la crise est aussi forte sur les march\u00e9s p\u00e9troliers qu&rsquo;elle le fut en 2020, le pays souffre de son manque de diversification.<\/div>\n<div>Les exportations de p\u00e9trole ont baiss\u00e9 de 11% en volume, l&rsquo;an dernier mais de 40% en valeur, suite \u00e0 la chute des cours du brut. Et toute l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie, dirigiste et hypercentralis\u00e9e, s&rsquo;est retrouv\u00e9e bloqu\u00e9e.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><strong>*Chute des revenus des m\u00e9nages<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Les investissements et les commandes publiques vitales pour les entreprises et les m\u00e9nages ont fortement diminu\u00e9, de m\u00eame que les r\u00e9serves de change. R\u00e9duite \u00e0 n\u00e9ant, la marge de man\u0153uvre budg\u00e9taire a impos\u00e9 un r\u00e9gime sec.<\/div>\n<div>Report de grands travaux, et limitation des importations. Au quotidien, la crise s&rsquo;est traduite par une chute du revenu des m\u00e9nages alg\u00e9riens, des fermetures d&rsquo;entreprises ou de commerces, et donc une hausse du ch\u00f4mage.<\/div>\n<div>Pour 2021, les dirigeants alg\u00e9riens veulent croire une reprise et anticipent un bond de 10% des ventes de p\u00e9trole.
