Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 gel\u00e9 de l’Assembl\u00e9e des Repr\u00e9sentants du Peuple (ARP), Lotfi Ali, a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 ce samedi 21 ao\u00fbt 2021. C’est ce qu’a annonc\u00e9 le porte-parole de la Garde Nationale, Colonel Houssemeddine Jebabli, dans son intervention dans le journal de Shems FM.<\/p>\n

L’op\u00e9ration a eu lieu \u00e0 15h ce samedi. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 conjointement men\u00e9e par la direction sectorielle des investigations et la direction sectorielle des renseignements. Le d\u00e9put\u00e9, lors de son arrestation, \u00e9tait dans une maison, avec sa famille, \u00e0 Tunis (Lafayette).<\/p>\n

Selon le porte-parole de la Garde Nationale, il fait l’objet de 3 avis de recherche \u00e9mis par la Chambre centrale de lutte contre les crimes \u00e9conomiques et financiers relevant de la Garde Nationale \u00e0 L’Aouina. Il serait impliqu\u00e9 dans des affaires de faux et usage de faux, de corruption financi\u00e8re et administrative, de blanchiment d’argent et de conflits d’int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Apr\u00e8s autorisation du minist\u00e8re public pr\u00e8s le p\u00f4le judiciaire \u00e9conomique et financier pr\u00e8s le Tribunal de Premi\u00e8re Instance de Tunis 1, une enqu\u00eate judiciaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte \u00e0 l’encontre du d\u00e9put\u00e9 pour blanchiment d’argent, faux et usage de faux et conflits d’int\u00e9r\u00eats. Une autre information judiciaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte pour l’h\u00e9bergement d’une personne en fuite, et ce \u00e0 l’encontre du propri\u00e9taire de la maison [dans laquelle le d\u00e9put\u00e9 se trouvait]\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a explique le Colonel Houssemeddine Jebabli.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
