Emmen\u00e9 par des hommes qui n\u2019ont pas d\u00e9clin\u00e9 leur identit\u00e9, Slimane Bouhafs, un r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 alg\u00e9rien, n\u2019avait pas donn\u00e9 signe de vie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que des m\u00e9dias r\u00e9v\u00e8lent qu\u2019il se trouve d\u00e9sormais en Alg\u00e9rie.<\/div>\n<div>D\u00e9j\u00e0 condamn\u00e9 en 2016 pour des publications jug\u00e9es offensantes envers l\u2019Islam et le proph\u00e8te, le militant converti au christianisme a purg\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de deux ans de prison dans son pays avant de demander l\u2019asile en Tunisie.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>*Les ONG s&rsquo;indignent<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Plac\u00e9 sous la protection du HCR (Haut-commissariat aux r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s) depuis, l\u2019activiste proche d\u2019un mouvement ind\u00e9pendantiste kabyle &#8211; consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme terroriste en Alg\u00e9rie &#8211; pourrait \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 la justice prochainement, selon la Ligue alg\u00e9rienne pour la d\u00e9fense des droits de l\u2019homme.<\/div>\n<div>De tr\u00e8s nombreuses ONG tunisiennes se sont \u00e9mues de ce cas et ont demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Tunis de respecter ses engagements internationaux en faveur de la protection des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s qui se trouvent sur son sol.
