\u00ab\u00a0J’ai pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 l’ARP (assembl\u00e9e des repr\u00e9sentants du peuple) \u00e9lue par la majorit\u00e9 parlementaire apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu par le peuple aux \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives de 2019. D\u00e8s lors, je tiens toujours \u00e0 ma qualit\u00e9 de d\u00e9put\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l’institution l\u00e9gislative tunisienne, et tiens \u00e0 ce contrat, a dit le pr\u00e9sident du parti Ennahdha dans un entretien accord\u00e9 \u00e0 Al Jazira Net. A ce titre, seuls les d\u00e9put\u00e9s eux-m\u00eames, ou une d\u00e9cision que je prendrais par moi-m\u00eame dans l’int\u00e9r\u00eat national peuvent me d\u00e9pouiller de cette qualit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sident du parlement. Sans cela, ce serait une grave infraction au contenu de la Constitution et un fourvoiement de la bataille de la d\u00e9mocratie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n
Ghannouchi a consid\u00e9r\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Ka\u00efs Sa\u00efed de mettre fin \u00e0 tous les privil\u00e8ges accord\u00e9s au pr\u00e9sident et aux vice-pr\u00e9sidents de l’ARP comme une \u00e9tape vers la dissolution d\u00e9finitive du Parlement.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Et le cheikh islamiste d’ajouter: \u00ab\u00a0Le professeur Ka\u00efs Sa\u00efed a adopt\u00e9 cette approche depuis qu’il a annonc\u00e9 l’activation de l’article 80 de la Constitution. Il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu’il respecterait les proc\u00e9dures constitutionnelles, mais les a viol\u00e9es par la suite. Il a annonc\u00e9 que la suspension du Parlement serait d’un mois, mais il l’a plus tard\u00a0 suspendu ind\u00e9finiment, ce qui est une proc\u00e9dure inconstitutionnelle et affecte une institution souveraine qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue dans les m\u00eames conditions que lors de l’\u00e9lection pour la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique, et qui jouit de la m\u00eame l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/div>\n
Ghannouchi a par ailleurs appel\u00e9 Sa\u00efed \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0renoncer \u00e0 cette proc\u00e9dure ill\u00e9gale et inconstitutionnelle et \u00e0 toutes les mesures exceptionnelles qui repr\u00e9sentent un coup d’Etat contre la Constitution et contre la volont\u00e9 du peuple\u00a0\u00bb.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Par cons\u00e9quent, ouvrir la porte au dialogue et \u00e0 la participation pour fa\u00e7onner une nouvelle sc\u00e8ne est bien meilleur \u00e0 tous les niveaux\u00a0\u00bb, conclut-il.<\/p><\/div>\n
