L’organisation non gouvernementale I Watch a indiqu\u00e9 avoir obtenu un document officiel mettant en cause le d\u00e9put\u00e9 gel\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion de Gafsa, Tarek Brahmi\u00a0 (bloc de la R\u00e9forme nationale), soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 de corruption.<\/div>\n
Dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 mardi 28 septembre, Ana Yakidh souligne que \u00ab\u00a0le 13 d\u00e9cembre 2018, le d\u00e9put\u00e9 a obtenu un lot de terrain de 20 hectares dans la r\u00e9gion Ajrmia (gouvernorat de Gafsa) d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux jeunes ch\u00f4meurs afin qu’ils en fassent un projet agricole. Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 gel\u00e9 \u00e9tait ing\u00e9nieur \u00e0 la Compagnie des phosphates de Gafsa (CPG) depuis les ann\u00e9es 1990, et occupait \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque le poste de conseiller municipal de Metlaoui, avant de rejoindre le parlement en 2019.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n
L’ONG d\u00e9nonce \u00ab\u00a0de tels abus qui perp\u00e9tuent le n\u00e9potisme, favorisent la corruption, refl\u00e8tent l’exploitation de leurs postes et fonctions par ceux en charge de ces terres afin de r\u00e9aliser l’int\u00e9r\u00eat d’une partie au d\u00e9triment des autres, et d’emp\u00eacher les jeunes ch\u00f4meurs d’exploiter ces terres et de cr\u00e9er de la richesse dans la r\u00e9gion.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Par ailleurs, I Watch a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d’exiger des comptes des d\u00e9put\u00e9s gel\u00e9s dont il a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9 qu’ils sont impliqu\u00e9s dans des soup\u00e7ons de corruption pendant ou avant la l\u00e9gislature, invitant \u00e0 ce que la voie de leur traduction devant la justice soit respectueuse des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d’un proc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable, et \u00e0 ne pas s’arr\u00eater au gel de leurs pr\u00e9rogatives parlementaires ou \u00e0 la lev\u00e9e de leurs privil\u00e8ges\u00a0\u00bb.<\/div>\n
L’organisation \u00ab\u00a0Je suis vigilant\u00a0\u00bb a annonc\u00e9 qu’elle \u00ab\u00a0a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte p\u00e9nale pour b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d’int\u00e9r\u00eats illicites au sens de l’article 96 du code p\u00e9nal devant le tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Gafsa contre les repr\u00e9sentants de l’autorit\u00e9 de tutelle, et contre toute personne pouvant \u00eatre tenue par les investigations pour impliqu\u00e9e dans l’affaire\u00a0\u00bb.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
