Selon un d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9sidentiel publi\u00e9 au Journal officiel le 6 octobre, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie a mis fin aux fonctions de son ambassadeur au Maroc.<\/div>\n
L\u2019ambassadeur alg\u00e9rien au Maroc, rappel\u00e9 en juillet dernier par l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie, ne remettra pas de sit\u00f4t les pieds dans le royaume.<\/div>\n
Selon un d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9sidentiel dat\u00e9 du 26 septembre, publi\u00e9 au Journal officiel le 6 octobre, \u201cil est mis fin, \u00e0 compter du 25 ao\u00fbt 2021, aux fonctions d\u2019ambassadeur extraordinaire et pl\u00e9nipotentiaire de la R\u00e9publique alg\u00e9rienne d\u00e9mocratique et populaire, \u00e0 Rabat (Royaume du Maroc), exerc\u00e9es par M. Abdelhamid Abdaoui\u201d, peut-on lire dans le bulletin publi\u00e9 sur le site du secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du gouvernement alg\u00e9rien.<\/div>\n
Cette d\u00e9cision intervient dans un contexte de tensions diplomatiques entre le Maroc et l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie. L’Alg\u00e9rie avait annonc\u00e9, le 24 ao\u00fbt dernier par le biais de son ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Ramtane Lamamra, la rupture des relations diplomatiques avec Rabat, en raison d\u2019\u201cactions hostiles\u00a0 perp\u00e9tr\u00e9es par le royaume\u00a0\u00bb.<\/div>\n
Alger accusait notamment les \u201cservices de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la propagande\u201d marocaine de \u201cmener une guerre ignoble contre l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie, son peuple et ses dirigeants\u201d, le tout avec l\u2019assentiment d\u2019Isra\u00ebl, avec qui le Maroc a normalis\u00e9 ses relations l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/div>\n
Des \u201cpr\u00e9textes fallacieux, voire absurdes\u201d, avait alors r\u00e9pliqu\u00e9 le minist\u00e8re marocain des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, dans un communiqu\u00e9 diffus\u00e9 le m\u00eame jour. Annon\u00e7ant \u201cprendre note de la d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale\u201d des autorit\u00e9s alg\u00e9riennes de rompre les relations, le minist\u00e8re s\u2019\u00e9tait cependant dit pr\u00eat \u00e0 rester \u201cun partenaire cr\u00e9dible et loyal pour le peuple alg\u00e9rien\u201d, expliquant \u201cregretter\u201d une d\u00e9cision \u201ccompl\u00e8tement injustifi\u00e9e, mais attendue\u201d, notamment en raison de la \u201clogique d\u2019escalade constat\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res semaines\u201d.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
