{"id":224739,"date":"2021-12-03T10:02:27","date_gmt":"2021-12-03T09:02:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.realites.com.tn\/?p=224739"},"modified":"2021-12-03T10:02:27","modified_gmt":"2021-12-03T09:02:27","slug":"un-recensement-national-des-personnes-handicapees-pour-bientot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/un-recensement-national-des-personnes-handicapees-pour-bientot\/","title":{"rendered":"Un recensement national des personnes handicap\u00e9es pour bient\u00f4t"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un recensement national des personnes handicap\u00e9es en Tunisie d\u00e9marrera \u00e0 partir du premier trimestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine, a fait savoir jeudi, Ibrahim Ben Idriss, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019instance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la promotion sociale au minist\u00e8re des affaires sociales.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 l\u2019agence TAP en marge des travaux d\u2019un congr\u00e8s international tenu \u00e0 Tunis, le responsable a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que la premi\u00e8re phase du projet consiste \u00e0 \u00e9laborer une carte de la r\u00e9partition des personnes handicap\u00e9es en Tunisie.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la m\u00eame source, le recensement concernera seulement les personnes handicap\u00e9es d\u00e9tentrices d\u2019une carte de handicap et ce, conform\u00e9ment au d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2005-3086 du 29 novembre 2005 relatif \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation des commissions r\u00e9gionales des personnes handicap\u00e9es, \u00e0 la fixation des crit\u00e8res de handicap et aux conditions d&rsquo;attribution de la carte de handicap.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, Ibrahim Ben Idriss a signal\u00e9 que le taux d\u2019handicap en Tunisie avoisine les 4,5% du total de la population.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00bb L\u2019objectif de ce recensement est de mieux orienter les programmes visant l\u2019inclusion sociale des personnes handicap\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le recensement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la population de 2014, la Tunisie compte 241 mille personnes handicap\u00e9es dont seulement 45% sont d\u00e9tentrices d\u2019une carte de handicap.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un recensement national des personnes handicap\u00e9es en Tunisie d\u00e9marrera \u00e0 partir du premier trimestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine, a fait savoir jeudi, Ibrahim Ben Idriss, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019instance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":60,"featured_media":151138,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-224739","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualites"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.3 -
