{"id":274971,"date":"2022-06-18T16:22:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-18T16:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mahfoudhi.xyz\/ar\/?p=274970"},"modified":"2022-06-18T16:22:00","modified_gmt":"2022-06-18T16:22:00","slug":"greve-des-juges-rebelote","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/greve-des-juges-rebelote\/","title":{"rendered":"Gr\u00e8ve des juges : rebelote ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Le collectif des Juges r&eacute;unis aujourd&rsquo;hui 18 juin aurait vot&eacute; &agrave; l&#39;unanimit&eacute;&nbsp;la prolongation de la gr&egrave;ve qui a &eacute;t&eacute; entam&eacute;e le 6 juin 2022 et prolong&eacute;e d&#39;une semaine&nbsp;dans l&rsquo;ensemble des tribunaux de la r&eacute;publique.<br \/>\nCette gr&egrave;ve intervient, rappelons-le, en signe de protestation contre la d&eacute;cision prise par le chef de l&rsquo;&Eacute;tat Kais Saied portant r&eacute;vocation de 57 magistrats par d&eacute;cret pr&eacute;sidentiel. Selon le pr&eacute;sident de la R&eacute;publique, ces magistrats sont accus&eacute;s d&#39;avoir entrav&eacute;&nbsp;la justice et font l&#39;objet d&#39;une s&eacute;rie de d&eacute;passements. Le d&eacute;cret pr&eacute;sidentiel portant r&eacute;vocation des magistrats concern&eacute;s a &eacute;t&eacute; rendu public dans le Journal officiel, en date du 1er juin courant.<br \/>\nLes magistrats semblent d&eacute;termin&eacute;s &agrave; aller jusqu&rsquo;au bout en attendant de voir leur revendication de revenir sur cette d&eacute;cision satisfaite. Pour ce faire, les juges auraient vot&eacute; aussi&nbsp; la d&eacute;cision de d&eacute;cr&eacute;ter une journ&eacute;e de col&egrave;re et d&rsquo;entamer une gr&egrave;ve de la faim pour faire pression sur le pr&eacute;sident de la r&eacute;publique qui fait jusque-l&agrave; la sourde oreille.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Le ver est dans le fruit.
