de Surrey, a d&eacute;clar&eacute; : &quot;L&#39;hypertension art&eacute;rielle et la rigidit&eacute; art&eacute;rielle augmentent le risque de maladie cardiaque et d&#39;accident vasculaire c&eacute;r&eacute;bral, il est donc crucial que nous recherchions des moyens innovants de traiter ces conditions.<\/span><br style=\"box-sizing:border-box; line-height:4.6rem; display:inline-block; font-variant-ligatures:normal; text-align:start; text-decoration-thickness:initial; text-decoration-style:initial; text-decoration-color:initial; margin-top:15px; margin-right:15px; margin-bottom:15px; margin-left:15px\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"background:white\">&quot;Avant m&ecirc;me d&#39;envisager d&#39;introduire le cacao dans les pratiques cliniques, nous devons tester si les r&eacute;sultats pr&eacute;c&eacute;demment rapport&eacute;s en laboratoire se traduisent en toute s&eacute;curit&eacute; dans des contextes r&eacute;els, avec des personnes vaquant &agrave; leurs occupations quotidiennes&quot; a-t-il ajout&eacute;.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"background:white\">Durant plusieurs jours, onze participants en bonne sant&eacute; ont consomm&eacute;, en alternance, soit six capsules de flavanols de cacao, soit six capsules de placebo contenant du sucre roux.&nbsp;Les participants ont re&ccedil;u un tensiom&egrave;tre au bras et un pince-doigt mesurant leurs pulsations cardiaques et leur les niveaux de rigidit&eacute; art&eacute;rielle.<\/span><br style=\"box-sizing:border-box; line-height:4.6rem; display:inline-block; font-variant-ligatures:normal; text-align:start; text-decoration-thickness:initial; text-decoration-style:initial; text-decoration-color:initial; margin-top:15px; margin-right:15px; margin-bottom:15px; margin-left:15px\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"background:white\">Des mesures de la pression art&eacute;rielle ont &eacute;t&eacute; prises avant la consommation des capsules et toutes les 30 minutes apr&egrave;s l&#39;ingestion pendant les trois premi&egrave;res heures, puis toutes les heures pendant les neuf heures restantes.&nbsp;Les chercheurs ont d&eacute;couvert que la tension art&eacute;rielle et la rigidit&eacute; art&eacute;rielle n&#39;&eacute;taient abaiss&eacute;es chez les participants que si elles &eacute;taient &eacute;lev&eacute;es, et qu&#39;il n&#39;y avait aucun effet lorsque la tension art&eacute;rielle &eacute;tait basse le matin.<\/span><br style=\"box-sizing:border-box; margin-right:15px; margin-bottom:15px; margin-left:15px\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"background:white\">De mani&egrave;re significative, des effets ont &eacute;galement &eacute;t&eacute;, pour la premi&egrave;re fois, identifi&eacute;s huit heures apr&egrave;s la consommation de cacao.&nbsp;Les chercheurs pensent que ce deuxi&egrave;me pic peut &ecirc;tre d&ucirc; &agrave; la fa&ccedil;on dont les bact&eacute;ries dans l&#39;intestin m&eacute;tabolisent les flavanols de cacao.<\/span><br style=\"box-sizing:border-box; line-height:4.6rem; display:inline-block; font-variant-ligatures:normal; Les m&eacute;decins craignent souvent que certains comprim&eacute;s pour la pression art&eacute;rielle ne diminuent trop la pression art&eacute;rielle certains jours.
