style=\"background:white\">Le sommeil a &eacute;t&eacute; mesur&eacute; pendant sept jours avec un tracker d&#39;activit&eacute; portable pour chaque participant &agrave; l&#39;&acirc;ge de 12, 14 et 16 ans.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span une sant&eacute; optimale, l&#39;American Academy of Sleep Medicine conseille de dormir 9 &agrave; 12 heures par nuit pour les 6 &agrave; 12 ans et 8 &agrave; 10 heures pour les 13 &agrave; 18 ans. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span participants ont &eacute;t&eacute; class&eacute;s en dormeurs tr&egrave;s courts (moins de 7 heures), dormeurs courts (7 &agrave; 8 heures) et optimaux (8 heures ou l&#39;ob&eacute;sit&eacute; ont &eacute;t&eacute; d&eacute;termin&eacute;s en fonction de l&#39;indice de masse corporelle.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p &agrave; 23 % et 19 % &agrave; 14 et 16 ans, respectivement.&nbsp;Les gar&ccedil;ons ont tendance &agrave; moins dormir.&nbsp;Les adolescents qui dormaient le plus avaient &eacute;galement un sommeil de meilleure qualit&eacute;, ce qui signifie qu&#39;ils se r&eacute;veillaient moins pendant la nuit et passaient une plus grande proportion de leur temps au lit &agrave; dormir que ceux dont le sommeil &eacute;tait plus court.&nbsp;La pr&eacute;valence du surpoids\/ob&eacute;sit&eacute; &eacute;tait de 27 %, 24 % et 21 % &agrave; l&rsquo;&acirc;ge de 12, 14 et 16 ans, rapport aux dormeurs optimaux, le surpoids\/ob&eacute;sit&eacute; &eacute;tait 21&nbsp;% et 72&nbsp;% plus probable chez les dormeurs tr&egrave;s courts &agrave; 12 et 14 ans.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span
