trois derni&egrave;res semaines avant de commencer chacun des protocoles en laboratoire, les participants ont maintenu des horaires de sommeil et de r&eacute;veil fixes, et au cours des trois derniers jours avant d&#39;entrer dans le laboratoire, ils ont strictement suivi des r&eacute;gimes et des horaires de repas identiques &agrave; la maison.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:13.0pt\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Helvetica&quot;,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\"><span style=\"letter-spacing:.4pt\">En laboratoire, les participants documentaient r&eacute;guli&egrave;rement leur faim et leur app&eacute;tit, fournissaient fr&eacute;quemment de petits &eacute;chantillons de sang tout au long de la journ&eacute;e et faisaient mesurer leur temp&eacute;rature corporelle et leur d&eacute;pense &eacute;nerg&eacute;tique.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size:13.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Helvetica&quot;,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\"><span style=\"letter-spacing:.4pt\"><span style=\"background:white\">Les r&eacute;sultats ont r&eacute;v&eacute;l&eacute; que manger plus tard avait des effets profonds sur la faim et les hormones r&eacute;gulatrices de l&#39;app&eacute;tit, la leptine et la ghr&eacute;line, qui influencent notre envie de manger.&nbsp;<br \/>\nPlus pr&eacute;cis&eacute;ment, les niveaux de l&#39;hormone leptine, qui signale la sati&eacute;t&eacute;, ont diminu&eacute; au cours des 24 heures dans les conditions d&#39;alimentation tardives par rapport aux conditions d&#39;alimentation pr&eacute;coces.&nbsp;Lorsque les participants mangeaient plus tard, ils br&ucirc;laient &eacute;galement des calories &agrave; un rythme plus lent et pr&eacute;sentaient une expression g&eacute;nique du tissu adipeux vers une adipogen&egrave;se accrue et une diminution de la lipolyse, qui favorisent la croissance des graisses.&nbsp;Ces r&eacute;sultats traduisent des m&eacute;canismes physiologiques et mol&eacute;culaires convergents sous-jacents &agrave; la corr&eacute;lation entre manger tard et risque accru d&#39;ob&eacute;sit&eacute;.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:13.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Helvetica&quot;,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\"><span style=\"letter-spacing:.4pt\"><span style=\"background:white\">Ces r&eacute;sultats sont non seulement coh&eacute;rents avec un grand nombre de recherches sugg&eacute;rant que manger plus tard peut augmenter la probabilit&eacute;
