text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\"><span style=\"letter-spacing:.3pt\">En utilisant les donn&eacute;es d&#39;une cohorte de 684 femmes &acirc;g&eacute;es d&#39;Australie-Occidentale recrut&eacute;es en 1998, des chercheurs ont d&eacute;couvert que celles dont le r&eacute;gime alimentaire comprenait plus de l&eacute;gumes crucif&egrave;res avaient moins de chances d&#39;avoir une accumulation importante de calcium sur leur aorte, un marqueur cl&eacute; de la maladie structurelle des vaisseaux sanguins.<\/span><\/span><\/span><br style=\"box-sizing:border-box; line-height:4.6rem; display:inline-block; font-variant-ligatures:normal; text-align:start; text-decoration-thickness:initial; text-decoration-style:initial; text-decoration-color:initial; margin-top:15px; margin-right:15px; margin-bottom:15px; margin-left:15px\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:black\"><span style=\"letter-spacing:.3pt\"><span style=\"background:white\">La maladie des vaisseaux sanguins est une affection qui affecte nos vaisseaux sanguins (art&egrave;res et veines) et peut r&eacute;duire le flux sanguin circulant dans le corps.&nbsp;Cela est du aux d&eacute;p&ocirc;ts de graisse et de calcium sur les parois internes de nos vaisseaux sanguins, comme l&#39;aorte.&nbsp;Cette accumulation de d&eacute;p&ocirc;ts est la principale cause de crise cardiaque ou d&#39;accident vasculaire c&eacute;r&eacute;bral.<\/span><br style=\"box-sizing:border-box; line-height:4.6rem; display:inline-block; font-variant-ligatures:normal; text-align:start; text-decoration-thickness:initial; text-decoration-style:initial; text-decoration-color:initial; margin-top:15px; margin-right:15px; margin-bottom:15px; margin-left:15px\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"background:white\">La chercheuse principale, le Dr Lauren Blekkenhorst, a d&eacute;clar&eacute; qu&#39;il y avait quelque chose d&#39;intrigant &agrave; propos des l&eacute;gumes crucif&egrave;res sur lequel cette &eacute;tude a jet&eacute; plus de lumi&egrave;re. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\"><span style=\"letter-spacing:.3pt\">Elle pr&eacute;cise sans ce sens&nbsp;:<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:black\"><span style=\"letter-spacing:.3pt\"> <span style=\"background:white\">&quot;Dans nos &eacute;tudes pr&eacute;c&eacute;dentes, nous avions identifi&eacute; que ceux qui consommaient davantage de ces l&eacute;gumes avaient un risque r&eacute;duit d&#39;avoir un &eacute;v&eacute;nement clinique de maladie cardiovasculaire, comme une crise cardiaque ou un accident vasculaire c&eacute;r&eacute;bral, mais nous ne savions pas pourquoi&quot;.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"background:white\">Selon la chercheuse, les r&eacute;sultats de cette nouvelle &eacute;tude donnent un aper&ccedil;u des m&eacute;canismes potentiels impliqu&eacute;s. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\"><span style=\"letter-spacing:.3pt\">&laquo;&nbsp;Nous avons maintenant d&eacute;couvert que les femmes &acirc;g&eacute;es qui consomment chaque jour de plus grandes quantit&eacute;s de l&eacute;gumes crucif&egrave;res ont moins de chances d&#39;avoir une calcification &eacute;tendue sur leur aorte.
