Si la balance commerciale des produits de la p\u00eache tunisiens a connu une baisse annuel de 17,9% en 2023, elle n’en demeure pas moins positive, affichant un exc\u00e9dent de 381,7 millions de dinars. En effet, les exportations ont atteint 845,5 millions de dinars, en baisse de 2,9% en valeur et de 3,6% en volume par rapport \u00e0 2022, selon l’Observatoire national de l’agriculture (ONAGRI). Malgr\u00e9 ce l\u00e9ger recul, la fili\u00e8re p\u00eache continue de d\u00e9montrer sa vitalit\u00e9, avec des produits de qualit\u00e9 appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s \u00e0 l’international.
\nLes poissons, crustac\u00e9s et conserves tunisiens s’exportent vers 50 pays \u00e0 travers le monde, avec l’Italie comme principal client (27%), suivie par la Libye (14%), Malte (11%) et l’Espagne (11%). Le prix moyen d’un kilo de poisson export\u00e9 est rest\u00e9 stable \u00e0 22,8 dinars, confirmant la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de la p\u00eache tunisienne.
\nEn revanche, les importations ont augment\u00e9 de 14,2% en valeur pour atteindre 436,8 millions de dinars en 2023, avec une hausse de 15,4% du volume. Ces produits import\u00e9s, principalement du thon et des anchois surgel\u00e9s, sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la transformation (67%), \u00e0 l’engraissement (19%) et \u00e0 l’approvisionnement des march\u00e9s locaux (14%).
\nLe d\u00e9fi pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir sera de consolider cette position en valorisant davantage la production locale, en diversifiant les march\u00e9s d’exportation et en investissant dans l’innovation et la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
