Le minist\u00e8re public pr\u00e8s le tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Tunis a \u00e9mis un mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e0 l’encontre du journaliste Mohamed Boughalleb ce mardi 26 mars 2024. Le journaliste sera traduit le 3 avril prochain devant la chambre correctionnelle le 3 avril prochain, selon son avocat Nafaa Aribi.<\/p>\n

Cette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de l’article 128 du Code p\u00e9nal, qui pr\u00e9voit une peine de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de cent vingt dinars d’amende, quiconque par discours publics, presse ou tous autres moyens de publicit\u00e9, impute \u00e0 un fonctionnaire public ou assimil\u00e9 des faits ill\u00e9gaux en rapport avec ses fonctions, sans en \u00e9tablir la v\u00e9racit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Bouglab est \u00e9galement poursuivi en vertu de l’article 86 du Code des T\u00e9l\u00e9communications qui pr\u00e9voit une peine de prison de\u00a0un (1) an \u00e0 deux (2) ans et d’une amende de cent (100) \u00e0 mille (1000) dinars quiconque sciemment nuit aux tiers ou perturbe leur qui\u00e9tude \u00e0 travers les r\u00e9seaux publics des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
