La man\u0153uvre, si elle n&rsquo;a pas eu d&rsquo;impact direct sur la cr\u00e9ation mon\u00e9taire, met en lumi\u00e8re la situation \u00e9conomique d\u00e9licate du pays et soul\u00e8ve des interrogations quant \u00e0 son avenir. Il sied de souligner que les pr\u00eats directs font r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux financements accord\u00e9s par la BCT \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00c9tat\u00a0pour combler son d\u00e9ficit budg\u00e9taire.<br \/>\n<strong style=\"font-family: Raleway, sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0px;\">Un recours aux pr\u00eats directs pour pallier le d\u00e9ficit budg\u00e9taire<br \/>\n<\/strong>Selon une note r\u00e9cente de la bourse Mac Sa, l&rsquo;\u00c9tat a contract\u00e9 des pr\u00eats directs aupr\u00e8s de la BCT \u00e0 hauteur de 7 milliards de dinars (environ 2,12 milliards d&rsquo;euros) pour financer son d\u00e9ficit budg\u00e9taire, estim\u00e9 \u00e0 3,21 milliards d&rsquo;euros en 2024. Cette strat\u00e9gie, bien que temporaire, illustre les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par les autorit\u00e9s tunisiennes pour mobiliser des financements sur les march\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieurs.<br \/>\nPour rembourser sa dette ext\u00e9rieure, l&rsquo;\u00c9tat pr\u00e9voit de recourir \u00e0 des emprunts int\u00e9rieurs et ext\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 hauteur de 3,54 milliards d&rsquo;euros et 4,96 milliards d&rsquo;euros respectivement. Cependant, cette strat\u00e9gie risque d&rsquo;aggraver davantage la situation de la dette publique, d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 un niveau pr\u00e9occupant. Par ailleurs, il est \u00e0 noter que la moiti\u00e9 des fonds vers\u00e9s par la BCT \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00c9tat ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour rembourser des dettes ext\u00e9rieures, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une diminution des r\u00e9serves de change du pays.<br \/>\n<strong style=\"font-family: Raleway, sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0px;\">Un contexte \u00e9conomique d\u00e9licat<br \/>\n<\/strong>Malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques, le taux d&rsquo;inflation semble se stabiliser. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s Mac Sa, il devrait s&rsquo;\u00e9tablir \u00e0 7,3% en moyenne pour 2024, contre 9,3% en 2023. Cette tendance positive est toutefois fragile et pourrait \u00eatre remise en cause par la pression sur le taux de change et la hausse des prix internationaux, notamment du p\u00e9trole et des m\u00e9taux.<br \/>\nMalgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever, des signes d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration se font jour. La reprise du tourisme et l&rsquo;augmentation des exportations devraient contribuer \u00e0 soutenir la croissance \u00e9conomique.
