Sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0La R\u00e9volution du Marketing par l\u2019IA : Nouveaux Horizons et Perspectives\u00a0\u00bb, cette \u00e9dition a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par des \u00e9changes scientifiques et manag\u00e9riaux enrichissants entre acad\u00e9miciens et professionnels du marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"fr\">Coorganis\u00e9e par Pr. Fawzi Dekhil, pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;Association Tunisienne de Marketing, et Pr. Azza Temessek, pr\u00e9sidente de la 21\u00e8me \u00e9dition du colloque de l&rsquo;ATM 2024, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d\u2019une \u00e9quipe d&rsquo;enseignants et de jeunes chercheurs, cette \u00e9dition a r\u00e9uni les membres de l\u2019ATM qui se sont engag\u00e9s volontairement pour faire r\u00e9ussir son Colloque International co-organis\u00e9 pour sa 21\u00e8me \u00e9dition par le laboratoire LIGUE de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Manouba et l\u2019IHEC Carthage de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Carthage avec le soutien de plusieurs partenaires acad\u00e9miques et professionnels nationaux et internationaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"fr\">Le th\u00e8me central, \u00ab\u00a0La R\u00e9volution du Marketing par l\u2019IA\u00a0\u00bb, a \u00e9t\u00e9 explor\u00e9 sous diff\u00e9rentes perspectives, notamment l&rsquo;Impact de l&rsquo;IA sur le Marketing et la Relation Client, l&rsquo;IA et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client, l&rsquo;\u00e9thique et la confidentialit\u00e9, ainsi que les applications sectorielles de l&rsquo;IA en marketing. Le colloque a \u00e9galement accueilli des contributions sur d&rsquo;autres probl\u00e9matiques innovantes en marketing, enrichissant ainsi les d\u00e9bats et les r\u00e9flexions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"fr\">Outre les sessions parall\u00e8les de pr\u00e9sentation des communications, le colloque a propos\u00e9 deux master class sur les th\u00e8mes \u00ab\u00a0Ma\u00eetriser les m\u00e9thodes de recherche\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0R\u00e9ussir \u00e0 publier\u00a0\u00bb, ainsi que deux panels de discussion r\u00e9unissant des chercheurs et des professionnels. Ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements ont permis d&rsquo;approfondir les \u00e9changes et de mettre en lumi\u00e8re les enjeux de l&rsquo;IA en marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"fr\">Fond\u00e9e par un groupe d\u2019enseignants en marketing, l\u2019ATM constitue un espace privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 de rencontre entre les enseignants-chercheurs de toutes les universit\u00e9s tunisiennes et \u00e9trang\u00e8res, et un trait d\u2019union entre les universitaires et les professionnels dans le domaine du Marketing.
