Le jugement a \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9, selon issa, par la Cour d\u2019appel militaire \u201csans que je ne re\u00e7oive une convocation ou que je ne sois au courant de l&rsquo;audience\u201d a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 la militante politique qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre 2023, par le Tribunal militaire de premi\u00e8re instance de Tunis \u00e0 un <a href=\"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/chaima-issa-condamnee-a-un-an-de-prison-avec-sursis-le-fsn-reagit\/\">an de prison avec sursis<\/a> pour \u00ab\u00a0offense \u00e0 la personne du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0incitation des militaires \u00e0 la d\u00e9sob\u00e9issance\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0propagation de rumeurs mena\u00e7ant la s\u00fbret\u00e9 publique\u00a0\u00bb et ce, sur fond de d\u00e9clarations m\u00e9diatiques.<br \/>\nCha\u00efma Issa a fait savoir \u00e9galement que ses avocats ont fait appel contre ce jugement. Pour ce faire, une audience a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e pour le 6 juin.<br \/>\nIl sied de rappeler que la farouche opposante au pr\u00e9sident de la r\u00e9publique Ka\u00efs Sa\u00efed,\u00a0 a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e, le 23 f\u00e9vrier 2023. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9e d\u2019\u00eatre impliqu\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;affaire dite de complot contre la s\u00fbret\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat.
