En 2010, l&rsquo;UNESCO a reconnu la di\u00e8te m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne comme patrimoine culturel immat\u00e9riel de l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9. Ces r\u00e9gions c\u00f4ti\u00e8res sont r\u00e9put\u00e9es pour leurs l\u00e9gumes tels que les artichauts, les courgettes, les herbes locales et l&rsquo;abondance des fruits de mer. La r\u00e9gion \u00e9g\u00e9enne est \u00e9galement connue pour ses oliviers centenaires et ses huiles d&rsquo;olive saines, le secret d&rsquo;une longue vie. \u00c0 tel point que les jardins d&rsquo;oliviers s&rsquo;\u00e9tendent comme une route de \u00c7anakkale \u00e0 Mu\u011fla, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant le patrimoine culturel de la r\u00e9gion qui s&rsquo;\u00e9tend avec les olives et la culture de l&rsquo;olivier. Les d\u00e9couvertes faites dans l&rsquo;ancienne Klazomenai \u00e0 Urla, o\u00f9 se trouve le plus ancien atelier de fabrication d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive d&rsquo;Anatolie, t\u00e9moignent de l&rsquo;histoire des m\u00e9thodes de traitement des olives, vieilles de 2 600 ans et encore utilis\u00e9es aujourd&rsquo;hui.<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9gion \u00e9g\u00e9enne de T\u00fcrkiye est une destination extraordinaire qui c\u00e9l\u00e8bre le bien-vivre avec de d\u00e9licieux produits \u00e0 base d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et les vignobles environnants. C&rsquo;est pourquoi, dans le cadre de la Semaine de la cuisine turque, des menus comprenant des produits issus du pays avec indications g\u00e9ographiques seront \u00e9galement propos\u00e9s lors d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nements nationaux. Ces produits illustrent la tradition des saveurs \u00e9cologiquement durables gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes de production naturelles et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9.<br \/>\nLa destination compte un total de 2218 produits enregistr\u00e9s par l&rsquo;Institut turc des brevets, dont 1637 produits portant le signe de l&rsquo;appellation d&rsquo;origine, 565 produits portant l&rsquo;indication g\u00e9ographique et 16 produits portant la mention \u00ab sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 traditionnelle garantie \u00bb.
