L\u2019individu est accus\u00e9 d&rsquo;avoir modifi\u00e9 clandestinement les canalisations d&rsquo;eau de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour irriguer ill\u00e9galement sa propre exploitation agricole, s&rsquo;\u00e9tendant sur 3 hectares.<\/p>\n<p>Selon des informations obtenues par Mosa\u00efque FM, l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur a d\u00e9tourn\u00e9 l&rsquo;eau de la SONEDE vers sa propri\u00e9t\u00e9, qui abrite 2 400 pieds de vigne. Les premi\u00e8res \u00e9valuations indiquent que l\u2019exploitation d\u2019eau de l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur aurait atteint 10 000 m\u00e8tres cubes par mois.
