{"id":334464,"date":"2024-10-09T14:17:15","date_gmt":"2024-10-09T13:17:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/?p=334464"},"modified":"2024-10-09T14:50:12","modified_gmt":"2024-10-09T13:50:12","slug":"presidentielle-2024-absence-de-recours-jusqua-la-fin-de-cette-matinee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/presidentielle-2024-absence-de-recours-jusqua-la-fin-de-cette-matinee\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00e9sidentielle 2024 : Etat des lieux pour les recours"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Mohamed Tlili Mansri, porte-parole de l\u2019Instance Sup\u00e9rieure Ind\u00e9pendante des Elections (ISIE) a assur\u00e9 que jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de cette matin\u00e9e du mercredi 09 octobre, aucune des parties concern\u00e9es n\u2019a fait recours contre les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires de l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e0 savoir que conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi, la r\u00e9ception des recours se poursuivent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 demain jeudi 10 octobre.<\/p>\n<p>Mansri a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 \u00e0 ce titre qu\u2019en cas de recours, l\u2019ISIE attendra que ces recours soient examin\u00e9s d\u2019abord en premi\u00e8re instance ensuite en appel.<\/p>\n<p>Il a poursuivi qu\u2019en cas d\u2019absence de recours, l\u2019ISIE validera les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9finitifs de fa\u00e7on officielle avant de l\u2019envoyer aux deux chambres (l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e des Repr\u00e9sentants du Peuple \u00ab ARP \u00bb et le Conseil national des r\u00e9gions et des districts \u00ab CNRD \u00bb) pour que le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique \u00e9lu pr\u00eate le serment constitutionnel devant les deux chambres.<\/p>\n<p>Rappelons que conform\u00e9ment aux r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires de l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle 2024 annonc\u00e9es par l\u2019ISIE, c\u2019est le candidat Ka\u00efs Sa\u00efed (actuel Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique) qui a remport\u00e9 la course \u00e9lectorale pour un second mandat de cinq ans avec le taux majoritaire de<strong> 90.69% , <\/strong>soit<strong> 2 438 954 voix <\/strong>favorables <strong>s<\/strong>ur l&rsquo;ensemble des<strong> 2 808 548 <\/strong>ayant vot\u00e9 lesquels repr\u00e9sentent 28.8% du corps \u00e9lectoral inscrit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mohamed Tlili Mansri, porte-parole de l\u2019Instance Sup\u00e9rieure Ind\u00e9pendante des Elections (ISIE) a assur\u00e9 que jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de cette matin\u00e9e du mercredi 09 octobre, aucune des parties concern\u00e9es n\u2019a fait&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":137,"featured_media":334299,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3,4,5],"tags":[3750,3881,2702,5314,6304],"class_list":["post-334464","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-a-la-une","category-actualites","category-politique","tag-election-presidentielle-2024","tag-isie","tag-kais-saied","tag-recours","tag-resuktats"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.3 -
