{"id":341589,"date":"2024-12-23T21:46:15","date_gmt":"2024-12-23T20:46:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/?p=341589"},"modified":"2024-12-23T21:46:15","modified_gmt":"2024-12-23T20:46:15","slug":"mandats-de-depot-a-lencontre-de-deux-cadres-de-la-pharmacie-centrale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/mandats-de-depot-a-lencontre-de-deux-cadres-de-la-pharmacie-centrale\/","title":{"rendered":"Mandats de d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e0 l&rsquo;encontre de deux cadres de la Pharmacie centrale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le juge d&rsquo;instruction du Tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Ben Arous a \u00e9mis deux mandats de d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de deux cadres de la Pharmacie centrale de Tunisie, dont dont une chef de service. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019apr\u00e8s d\u2019apr\u00e8s Mosa\u00efque FM qui a relay\u00e9 l\u2019information ce lundi 23 d\u00e9cembre, les suspects sont accus\u00e9s d\u2019abus de fonction publique pour obtenir des avantages indus \u00e0 leur profit ou \u00e0 celui d\u2019autrui, causant ainsi un pr\u00e9judice \u00e0 l\u2019administration.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon la source qui s\u2019est exprim\u00e9e \u00e0 Mosa\u00efque FM, l&rsquo;affaire remonte \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2015, lorsque la disparition d&rsquo;une \u00ab\u00a0formule technique\u00a0\u00bb pour la fabrication locale de certains m\u00e9dicaments en Tunisie a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9e. Cette formule \u00e9tait cens\u00e9e permettre de cesser l&rsquo;importation de ces m\u00e9dicaments et de les produire localement dans les laboratoires de la Pharmacie centrale afin d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser des devises. Toutefois, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 ult\u00e9rieurement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que cette technique \u00e9tait disponible aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9e concurrente de la Pharmacie centrale.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;ouverture des enqu\u00eates n\u00e9cessaires, deux cadres de la Pharmacie centrale, dont une chef de service, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9s en garde \u00e0 vue.
