Cette d\u00e9cision repose principalement sur la baisse significative du cheptel due aux s\u00e9cheresses successives.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019un souverain marocain prend une telle mesure. Le roi Hassan II avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 suspendu le sacrifice en 1963, 1981 et 1996 pour des raisons \u00e9conomiques et climatiques.<\/p>\n<p>Le message royal met en avant une approche religieuse souple, rappelant que le sacrifice est une tradition recommand\u00e9e mais non obligatoire, notamment en cas de difficult\u00e9s.
