Cette ru\u00e9e s\u2019explique par la mise en vente de viande d\u2019agneau import\u00e9e et r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9e au prix attractif de 38,2 dinars le kilogramme.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019exprimant au micro de Mosa\u00efque Fm, Ben Jazia a soulign\u00e9 que la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de la Viande joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gulation du march\u00e9, rappelant que l\u2019importation de viandes rouges a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 fin janvier dernier. Cette initiative vise \u00e0 contenir l\u2019envol\u00e9e des prix, alors que le co\u00fbt de la viande rouge ne cesse d\u2019augmenter.<\/p>\n<p>Il a ajout\u00e9 que pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours, l\u2019entreprise pr\u00e9voit l\u2019importation de 2 000 tonnes de viande rouge, dont 1 500 tonnes de b\u0153uf et 500 tonnes d\u2019agneau. L\u2019approvisionnement se fait \u00e0 raison de 40 tonnes par semaine et se poursuivra au-del\u00e0 du mois de Ramadan. Un effort suppl\u00e9mentaire sera consenti pour la nuit du 27 Ramadan, avec la mise sur le march\u00e9 de 80 tonnes de viande bovine et 40 tonnes de viande ovine.<\/p>\n<p>Ben Jazia a mis en avant la politique tarifaire de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Ellouhoum, qui s\u2019aligne sur le pouvoir d\u2019achat des consommateurs.
