Il s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 qu\u2019il faisait l\u2019objet de plusieurs mandats de recherche, notamment pour tentative de franchissement ill\u00e9gal des fronti\u00e8res et pour des infractions \u00e0 caract\u00e8re moral. Ces mandats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mis par la Cour d\u2019appel de Sfax ainsi que le tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Sfax 1.
