La juridiction a \u00e9galement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de maintenir son mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"856\">Arr\u00eat\u00e9 le 21 avril 2025 \u00e0 son domicile, Ahmed Souab est depuis plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention. Sa mise en cause s\u2019inscrit dans une affaire \u00e0 caract\u00e8re terroriste, instruite par le p\u00f4le judiciaire antiterroriste. L\u2019enqu\u00eate, cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e le 2 juillet, a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 plusieurs chefs d\u2019accusation reposant sur les dispositions de la loi antiterroriste. Elle porte notamment sur des propos tenus par l\u2019avocat au sujet du traitement judiciaire du dossier dit du \u00ab complot contre la s\u00fbret\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat 1 \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"1145\">Malgr\u00e9 les demandes r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es de ses avocats en faveur de sa lib\u00e9ration, la justice a refus\u00e9 de revenir sur sa d\u00e9tention provisoire.
