Une sc\u00e8ne banale, transform\u00e9e en \u201c\u00e9v\u00e9nement\u201d comme si l\u2019on assistait \u00e0 l\u2019inauguration d\u2019un stade olympique.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une capitale o\u00f9 les citoyens esp\u00e8rent des projets d\u2019envergure ( infrastructures modernes, solutions durables pour la propret\u00e9, espaces verts dignes de ce nom ) la plus grande municipalit\u00e9 de Tunisie choisit de valoriser\u2026 un geste \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire du service municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Changer un sac-poubelle est n\u00e9cessaire et devrait se faire plusieurs fois par jour dans une ville o\u00f9 les d\u00e9chets s\u2019accumulent rapidement. Pourtant, cette t\u00e2che basique est d\u00e9sormais pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e comme un exploit.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9actions sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux n\u2019ont pas tard\u00e9 : \u201cVraiment ? Ou est donc la fanfare pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer un tel \u00e9v\u00e9nement ?\u201d, \u201cQuels\u00a0 projets gigantesques\u2026 !\u201d \u201cTunis ressemble \u00e0 un grand d\u00e9potoir\u2026 et vous c\u00e9l\u00e9brez le remplacement de sacs ?\u201d \u00a0\u00bb peut-on lire dans les commentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Changer un sac est un travail n\u00e9cessaire des services municipaux.
