Le tribunal a retenu contre lui plusieurs accusations, notamment l\u2019attribution de faits non fond\u00e9s, l\u2019atteinte \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation d\u2019un fonctionnaire public, l\u2019incitation \u00e0 l\u2019agression contre ce dernier ainsi que l\u2019atteinte \u00e0 autrui \u00e0 travers les moyens de communication.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019affaire prend sa source dans une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e en 2023 par le d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion.
